Keyfinders was organized in 1969 as an apartment locating service for the Greater New Orleans area. In 1983, the Baton Rouge office was established by Jeffrey Welsh, and has become a full-service real estate company, specializing in leasing and property management, while maintaining an aggressive approach to sales, focusing on investment as well as residential properties.
Keyfinders currently manages approximately 350 units comprised of multi-family, single-family and commercial properties. In addition, Keyfinders provides a consignment-leasing program on a continuing basis to approximately 100 property owners.
Keyfinders provides management services and annual budgeting and planning for four homeowners' associations comprised of 80, 60, 16 and 4 units, with a combined annual operating budget exceeding $2,000,000.00.
A computerized system is employed using the Landmaster Property Management System, a state-of-the-art software program that provides our clients with unparalleled reports on a monthly and year-to-date basis.
Keyfinders owns and operates itsí own maintenance subsidiary named Turnkey Services, Inc. and has a maintenance network system designed to provide expert services at a reasonable rate, at a moment's notice, to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
Our staff of leasing agents is dedicated to providing all clients with the most efficient occupancy rates and minimal turn-around time between tenants. We take pride in providing property management/leasing to the market in East Baton Rouge Parish, Ascension Parish and Livingston Parish as well as taking good care of our property owners.
